Great service – in my particular case it wasnt worth it becaise i had to biy a new screen and battery plus fixing charges and the phone still isnt working for my neefs ( i was also subject to that whatts app glitch) so be thoughtful x superb service though

Ross at Flummoxed, restored the laptop without losing my data and and in the process removed unnecessary files and apps and the speed is now terrific. Far better than when I bought it. Your patience was unbelievable. I was struggling to deal with quite a few problems but you waited until I was able to sort myself out. This sort of service is above and beyond the call of duty.
Having struggled for some time with malfunctioning Wi-Fi, telephone and TV and having very minimal technical skills ourselves, we were literally “flummoxed”. Ross painstakingly and with great professional expertise reviewed our whole system. He analysed our problems/technical faults and was able to update our circuit so that it is now fully functional.

Having endured the poor service from Curry’s Knowhow Team in the past we were alarmed when our PC ceased to function, but Ross at Flummoxed came to our rescue. My laptop’s hard drive failed. Ross replaced the drive, loaded all my software back on to the new drive and even managed some data recovery all within 48 hours. Gave me some advice about not allowing the laptop to overheat (that’s what fried the drive in the first place!!) Great service from start to finish. Professional, discreet; exactly what he said he’d be.
Ross was polite, on time, and very knowledgeable. He set up a new laptop, serviced an existing laptop and installed a new printer, including getting it to connect to both laptops wirelessly. He is also very quick at answering emails and telephone calls. All in all a really good service.

Explaining in plain English must be difficult when you think in computer speak and do things automatically as a result. I called ‘Flummoxed’ because I had just upgraded my Mac operating system and found that I could not then access my image and photographic files.
